Yet another huge technological milestone for Google, It came as a total amazement; the most impressive presentation at Google’s I/O conference was a phone call to book a haircut. Of course, this was a phone call with a difference. The call wasn’t made by the human but by the Google Assistant. The most dramatic stuff was that the person on the receiving end of the call didn’t seem to presume they were talking to an AI. The gathering was stunned.
